Our business is only as good as our reputation. We have contracted with Demandforce Inc. a company specializing in customer surveys, to continuously monitor the satisfaction of our patients. Drakeshire Dental's composite approval rate over the past 90 days is 98.6%. Every patient who 'opts in' to receive our emails has the opportunity to submit a survey and/or a review. The day following the dental procedure an email is sent to our patients. Some of the many reviews are also posted along the sidebars of the pages of this website.
Please notet hat your first visit to Drakeshire Dental involves a few special steps so that we may get to know you. To understand what to expect, please review the content of this page. You will also find all of the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, and more. You will find background information about our caring staff and our first visit procedures. You can also save some time by printing out and completing the patient forms in advance of your appointment. If x-rays are available from another dental office, and if you are able to bring a copy to your first appointment, it will be most helpful. If you would prefer that we request them from your previous office, please let us know. We will send you a release form to sign if your former dental practice requests one .
Please note that we also accommodate patients with special needs. We service patients that are confined to a wheelchair, with or without the ability to transfer, however we need to be aware of the patient's condition in advance, to allow for the proper treatment.
Insurance and payment options
We accept most traditional insurance plans. In addition, when the patient's dental needs are related to an automobile accident, we will work with most auto no-fault carriers and are happy to discuss the necessary care with the case manager. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.
We accept checks, cash and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also offer a variety of flexible payment plans, including no interest financing. Our Financial Coordinator will be glad to assist you with the details.

What To Expect
At the first visit we will review your medical history, take any needed x-rays, and discuss your dental needs and treatment options. We will also be glad to review your dental insurance program, if you have one, as well as explain all of our payment options. We are delighted that you have chosen Drakeshire Dental Center as your dental home!
Drakeshire Dental not only provides oral care for able-bodied patients, but also for those that have special needs. If you have a family member, a friend, or someone that you know who is physically or mentally challenged, please refer them to our facility. Oral health care is the number one unmet need for those who are disabled, and many of these individuals suffer because they are unable to find a dentist that can accommodate them.
